Meat Cutter / Butcher – Experienced (Full-Time or Part-Time)

Arnold's Meats at the Barn is a family-owned retail meat shop seeking an experienced Meat Cutter / Butcher to join our reliable, hard-working team. This role is ideal for a skilled professional with strong meat processing expertise who works well with others and can be depended on day after day.

Key Responsibilities:

Cut, trim, and prepare beef and pork for retail sale
Break down primal cuts into retail portions
Cut meat to customer specifications
Operate a band saw and other meat-cutting equipment safely
Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and organization in the meat department
Work as a team player in a fast-paced retail environment

Qualifications:

3+ years of professional meat cutting experience
Experience in retail meat cutting or meat processing
Strong knowledge of beef and pork fabrication
Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Relevant experience:
Meat Cutter, Butcher, Meat Apprentice, Meat Processor, Retail Meat Shop
