Duties

Supervise daily food and beverage service, including casual dining, fine dining, catering, bar operations, and quick service outlets
Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to ensure high standards of customer service and operational efficiency
Oversee food preparation and presentation to meet quality standards while adhering to food safety regulations
Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation
Control inventory levels through accurate stock management, ordering supplies as needed to prevent shortages or waste
Lead shift management by coordinating team activities, resolving customer issues promptly, and ensuring smooth operations
Implement food safety protocols and supervise kitchen management to maintain hygiene standards across all outlets

Experience

Proven experience in food service management within casual dining, fine dining, or hotel environments
Demonstrated supervisory or assistant manager experience with a strong background in team leadership and staff training
Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen management practices
Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for transaction processing and reporting
Experience handling inventory control, budgeting, and cost management in a hospitality setting
Background in managing diverse food operations including catering, banquets, bar services, and quick-service restaurants
Strong understanding of food safety standards, culinary practices, and customer service excellence in the food industry

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
