Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team in a fast-paced food production environment. The ideal candidate will be dependable, hardworking, and coachable. This role involves cutting and grinding meat, while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality are maintained.
Responsibilities
- Cut, trim, and prepare meat according to specifications for customer orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with picking up their orders
- Follow all safety protocols when using knives and other cutting equipment.
Skills
- Coachable - experience is preferred but not required. We will teach you everything you need to know.
- Willingness to learn and adhere to food safety standards and best practices in the food industry.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Report to work area on time and excellent attendance
- Must be 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States
- Strictly adhere to established production work schedules, departmental goals, and expectations.
- Obey safety rules.
- Use of personal protective equipment.

Work Environment & Physical Demands:
- Perform physical tasks which require upper body strength and constant repetitive movements.
- Stand on hard surfaces the entire shift
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, lift-up to 50lbs frequently, push and pull
- Ability to work in cold environment 8 -10 hours a day.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
