This shift is 1pm-9pm, we are open 7 Days a week. Food service experience will be helpful. Candidates must enjoy serving customers in a fast paced environment and be able to communicate with the manager efficiently, share daily needs, and be able to supervise and work hand in hand with the evening staff.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate operations during the evening shift, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.
- Manage staff, assign duties, and oversee training & development to ensure team efficiency and professionalism.
- Oversee food safety standards, proper food handling, and adherence to health regulations.
- Utilize POS systems for order processing, cash handling, and inventory control.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders as needed, and manage stock to minimize waste while maintaining quality.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Lead by example in maintaining high standards of hospitality, culinary presentation, and cleanliness.
- Support kitchen with food production oversight during the shift.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
