Responsibilities:
- Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the store runs smoothly
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their inquiries and concerns. Support hourly staff and take initiave to see all tasks are performed successfully
- Manage and motivate the team of Servers & Bartenders to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock is replenished as needed
- Handle all POS operations, including processing transactions, balancing cash drawers, and preparing daily deposits
- Assist in training new employees on store policies, procedures, and product knowledge
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
Experience:
- Previous experience in restaurant management or staff supervision is preferred
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proven track record of achieving performance targets in a fast paced environment
- Ability to manage and lead a team to create and retain satisfied customers.
- Familiarity with POS systems, MSWord/Excel operations with languagea nd math skills
- Bilingual skills (if applicable) to effectively communicate with diverse customers
