Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, and support team members, ensuring smooth shift operations.
- Oversee food preparation and presentation to meet quality standards, including managing kitchen and food handling processes.
- Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste through effective food management practices.
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling and sales processing.
- Train new staff members and provide ongoing development opportunities to enhance team skills in food service management and customer care.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations related to food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety protocols.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure guests receive outstanding service in both casual dining and fine dining settings.
- Oversee budgeting activities, including labor costs, food costs, and overall restaurant expenses to maximize profitability.
- Coordinate catering events or banquet services when needed, ensuring seamless execution from setup to service.
- Participate in interviewing potential team members to build a motivated and skilled workforce aligned with our hospitality standards.
Requirements
- Proven management experience within the food industry or hospitality sector; previous assistant manager or supervisory roles are highly valued.
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen management.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing.
- Strong background in food safety practices, inventory control, and food handling regulations.
- Experience working in quick service & fast food restaurants as well as casual or fine dining environments; banquet or catering experience is a plus.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and develop staff effectively.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly approach to guest interactions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail during shift management.
- Knowledge of budgeting principles related to restaurant operations; experience with food production costs is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills for team coordination and guest engagement across diverse audiences worldwide.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
