Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate shift operations to ensure smooth service flow and high-quality food delivery.
- Supervise team members, including training new staff, providing ongoing coaching, and conducting performance evaluations.
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to meet safety and quality standards.
- Manage inventory control, including stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste.
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and cash handling with accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards across all areas of the restaurant.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain excellent service standards.
- Assist with budgeting, labor scheduling, and overall restaurant management during shifts.
- Support kitchen management by supervising food production, food handling, and ensuring timely delivery of orders.
- Participate in staff training sessions focused on food safety, hospitality management, and customer service excellence.
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and quick service or fast food restaurant environments.
- Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing.
- Demonstrated ability in inventory control, food management, and food safety practices.
- Excellent leadership skills with supervising experience in hospitality or restaurant settings.
- Skilled in staff training, development, interviewing, and team management techniques.
- Background in restaurant management with experience in casual dining or fine dining establishments preferred.
- Capable of managing shift operations effectively while maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Familiarity with kitchen management, catering, bar operations, or hotel experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
