Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and optimistic salesman/ manager to present our company to prospects for our Resturant services company and to oversee our team in delivering service to restaurant's.
In this lead role, you will make calls on prospects presenting our established company to Resturant manager's and to oversee daily operations, ensuring reliable service.
Your leadership will drive team performance, streamline processes, and uphold our commitment to excellence in service delivery. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence every aspect our customers reliance on our company.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise staff, including hiring, training, and developing team members to ensure top-tier service delivery
- Manage and control cost, ordering supplies, and monitoring inventories.
- Utilize Aloha POS and Micros POS systems for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation with accuracy and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
- Coordinate shift management, including scheduling staff coverage to meet customer demand during peak hours
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
Experience
- Proven management experience in quick reliable service
- Oversee operations and maintain equipment in peak performance condition
- Demonstrated supervisory skills with experience in staff training, development, and performance
- Familiarity with inventory, budgeting, and cost analysis
- Prior experience in supplying Resturant services, desirable
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment
- Impeccable ethics and extremely hard worker
