Duties
- Assist in the preparation and packaging of fresh fruit products on the production line, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Assembly tasks, maintaining food preparation equipment and ensuring smooth production flow.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the business operation to adhere to proper franchise and state food handling regulations.
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service by answering questions, processing orders, and assisting with product selections both in person and over the phone.
- Support inventory management by conducting weekly inventory, accurately tracking stock levels, recording product movements, and assisting with stock replenishment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while adhering to safety protocols related to mechanical operations and warehouse activities.
Skills
- We are seeking dynamic and versatile Production & Customer Service Associates (1-2) to join our team. These roles involve preparing our signature fruit arrangements, chocolate dipping, assembling platters & boxes, and providing exceptional customer service to our guests. The ideal candidates will be detail-oriented, production-focused, and passionate about delivering high-quality products. THIS IS A FAST PACED ENVIRONMENT :) Being able to stand for your entire shift is a must.
Fruit Prep & Chocolate Dipping Position:
- Preparing fruit for daily production and designing our beautiful, fresh arrangements and dipped fruit boxes. NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED, we can train anyone:)
- Cleaning and conforming to strict food safety standards
- Dipping chocolate fruit in a timely and consistent manner
Customer Service Associate:
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Assist with the pick-up of orders, ensuring they are handled with care and accuracy; both primary customers and Door Dash/Uber Eats
General Requirements for either position:
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be available for an open shift for training
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13 per hour plus based on experience (Starting pay)
