We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Restaurant Manager to lead our vibrant Terrace dining establishment. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and foster a positive team environment. Your leadership will drive operational excellence, uphold food safety standards, and deliver memorable dining experiences that keep members coming back. Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service quality, and staff performance.
Supervise and train staff members on food handling, customer service, POS systems such as Clubessentials, and safety protocols.
Oversee inventory control to ensure proper stock levels, minimize waste, and manage food production efficiently.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation across the kitchen and dining areas.
Lead shift management by coordinating staff schedules, supervising team members, and ensuring smooth service during busy hours.
Participate in staff training & development initiatives to foster growth and excellence.
Monitor budget adherence, optimize operational costs, and implement strategies to improve overall restaurant performance.
Uphold exceptional customer service standards by addressing member concerns promptly and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Collaborate with culinary teams to maintain quality food production, catering services, banquet events, or bar operations as needed.

Qualifications

Proven management experience within the food industry or hospitality management roles; supervisory experience is essential.
Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management; casual dining or fine dining experience is highly desirable.
Familiarity with POS systems such as Clubessentials POS for efficient transaction processing.
Knowledge of inventory control practices, food safety standards, and food handling procedures.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams through training & development programs.
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences.
Culinary experience or hotel experience can be advantageous for understanding diverse hospitality environments.
