Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Location Manager to lead our Bagel Co East store to new heights! In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and manage a dynamic team of food service professionals. Your leadership will drive sales, maintain high standards of food quality and safety, and foster a welcoming environment that keeps customers coming back. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual passionate about the food industry and hospitality management to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, fun setting. TIPS add atleast 4-5 dollars an our minimum to your base pay.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all aspects of store operations, including food preparation, cooking, and customer service delivery
- Manage staff training, and development to ensure a high-performing team
- Oversee inventory control, and maintaining proper stock levels
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and health regulations
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and balancing registers at shift end
- Maintain a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and exceptional hospitality experiences
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and managing quick service or fast food restaurants
- Strong knowledge of POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking
- Demonstrated leadership in restaurant management or hospitality management roles with supervising experience
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs effectively
- Skilled in inventory control, food handling, food safety practices, and budgeting within the food industry
- Ability to train staff on food production techniques, safety protocols, and operational procedures
- Experience with shift management, kitchen management, and supervising teams in casual dining or bakery environments
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interview candidates and develop team members’ skills effectively
