Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Restaurant Manager to lead our dynamic food service team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and maintain high standards of food quality and safety. Duties

Lead and supervise all restaurant operations, service delivery, and staff management to ensure smooth daily functioning.
Oversee inventory control processes, including ordering, stock rotation, and waste reduction to maintain optimal food and supply levels.
Manage POS system Lightspeed K-series for accurate order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation.
Train, develop, and motivate staff members through ongoing training initiatives focused on food safety, customer service, and operational procedures.
Coordinate shift management by scheduling staff efficiently to meet customer demand during peak hours while controlling labor costs.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to uphold the restaurant’s reputation for excellent service.
Assist with budgeting, cost control measures, and financial reporting to support the restaurant’s profitability goals.
Collaborate with kitchen management to ensure high-quality food production that meets culinary standards across casual dining, fine dining, catering, or banquet services.
Support hiring processes by interviewing candidates and selecting qualified team members aligned with our hospitality values.

Qualifications

Proven experience in restaurant management or food service management with supervising experience in a casual dining food environment preferred.
Familiarity with POS systems for efficient transaction processing.
Demonstrated ability in inventory control, budgeting, cash handling, and food safety protocols.
Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of staff training & development and team management.
Experience in managing shift schedules within casual dining or fine dining settings; banquet or catering experience is a plus.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle complaints professionally.
Knowledge of hospitality standards including food handling regulations and health codes.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and operational excellence. Pay: $52,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
