Duties
All aspects of daily food truck operations, including food preparation, serving customers, and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels to prevent shortages or waste
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate sales processing and cash handling
- Able to work with food service staff, providing training on food safety, customer service, and efficient workflow
- Ensure compliance with health regulations, sanitation practices, and food safety protocols at all times. .
- Implement upselling techniques to maximize sales and enhance customer experience
- Handle cash transactions accurately, perform basic math calculations for register balancing, and maintain detailed sales records
Skills
- Some experience in food preparation and kitchen operations within quick service or fast food environments
- Proficiency with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS; strong cash handling skills. Must be trainable
- Proven ability in customer service, serving diverse clientele with professionalism and enthusiasm. Must want to have fun!!!
- Strong time all around skills to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques
- Experience with retail math for inventory control and sales analysis
- Ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining high standards of quality and safety in a fast-paced setting
