Your shift starts with a quick review of your PM queue. You lock out a dough mixer using proper Lock-out / Tag-out, verify guards, and complete checks aligned with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's) and our food safety/SQF Program. Mid-morning, a PLC-controlled conveyor faults—you isolate the issue, trace a sensor signal, and bring the line back up. After lunch, you support a line changeover, wire a replacement motor, and capture detailed notes in our maintenance software before reviewing parts on the reorder list.
