Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Assist in food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients with precision and care
- Support food production activities to meet daily operational targets while maintaining quality standards
- Package finished food products efficiently and hygienically for delivery or storage
- Follow strict food safety protocols to ensure cleanliness, proper storage, and handling of ingredients
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction during interactions
- Maintain a clean and organized shop, adhering to sanitation guidelines at all times
- Collaborate with team members to streamline kitchen operations and improve overall efficiency and cleanliness
Skills
- Proven experience and interest in food production, preparation, or related kitchen roles
- Strong knowledge of food handling safety procedures and sanitation standards
- Excellent knife skills and meat cutting techniques for efficient food processing
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Familiarity with the food industry’s best practices for packaging and presentation
- Prior butcher or culinary experience is highly desirable for success in this role
