Responsibilities
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards to ensure quality and consistency.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment.
- Operate the Toast POS system efficiently to process customer orders accurately.
- Assist customers with menu selections and provide excellent service throughout their dining experience.
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely food preparation and service during peak hours.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Perform basic math calculations for order processing and inventory management as needed.
Experience
- Previous or café setting is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with culinary practices and food preparation techniques is advantageous.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
- Basic knowledge of retail math to assist with inventory control and sales reporting is beneficial.
- A positive attitude, willingness to help others, and ability to work as part of a team are essential qualities for success in this role.

Pay: $3.63 - $15.00 per hour
