Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to company standards.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, development, and performance evaluations to build a motivated and skilled team.
- Oversee food preparation processes, maintaining quality control and consistency across all menu items.
- Supervise inventory control measures to minimize waste and optimize stock levels using POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures to uphold health standards.
- Handle cash management duties including cash handling, balancing registers, and preparing financial reports.
- Implement shift management strategies to maximize efficiency during peak hours and support staff during busy periods.
- Collaborate with culinary teams to develop menus that meet customer preferences and operational capabilities.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Monitor budget adherence, analyze sales data, and develop strategies for revenue growth.
- Conduct staff training sessions focused on food service management, hospitality excellence, and safety protocols.
Skills
- Extensive experience in restaurant management within quick service & fast food or casual dining environments.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary processes, and kitchen management.
- Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking.
- Proven ability in inventory control, food safety compliance, and cost management.
- Excellent leadership skills with experience supervising teams in high-pressure settings.
- Skilled in staff training & development, interviewing candidates, and fostering a positive team culture.
- Deep understanding of hospitality management principles including customer service excellence and food handling standards.
- Ability to manage shift schedules effectively while maintaining high operational standards.
- Familiarity with budgeting processes, food production planning, catering services, and bar operations is a plus.
- Strong communication skills coupled with a proactive approach to problem-solving within the food industry environment.
