Responsibilities
- Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service during all shifts and maintaining high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction
- Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and conducting performance evaluations to build a motivated and skilled team
- Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring adherence to food safety regulations and quality standards across all kitchen stations
- Control inventory levels through effective stock management and ordering using systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS to minimize waste and optimize costs
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling procedures and reconciliation at the end of each shift
- Implement staff training programs focused on food handling, customer service excellence, and safety protocols to enhance team performance
- Monitor restaurant financials by managing budgets, analyzing sales data, and controlling expenses to meet profitability goals
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations related to food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
- Maintain excellent customer relations by addressing guest feedback promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with kitchen staff on food production schedules, catering events, banquets, or special promotions as needed
Requirements:
- Proven management experience in quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining environments with supervising responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary practices, and food safety standards
- Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and develop staff effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Skilled in inventory control, budgeting, and cost management within a hospitality context
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences
- Ability to handle cash accurately and perform shift management efficiently
- Familiarity with kitchen management practices including food handling and food production processes
- Strong communication skills for interviewing candidates, team training, and resolving guest concerns
