Overview
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Restaurant Manager to lead our dynamic food service team. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and cleanliness standards
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to ensure a motivated and skilled team
- Supervise food handling, cooking processes, and kitchen management to maintain quality and safety standards
- Control inventory levels, monitor stock rotation, and manage ordering using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS
- Handle cash transactions accurately, perform cash handling duties, and reconcile daily sales reports
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and uphold hygiene standards across all areas of the restaurant
- Lead shift management by coordinating front-of-house and back-of-house activities to optimize customer satisfaction
- Conduct interviews for new staff members, participate in hiring decisions, and support onboarding processes
- Implement food management strategies to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and control costs
- Foster a welcoming environment that emphasizes excellent customer service and hospitality
Skills
- Proven experience in restaurant management with a strong background in food service management and hospitality management
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking processes, and food safety protocols
- Skilled in POS systems such as square restaurants and clover for order processing and sales tracking
- Demonstrated supervising experience in quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining settings
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in staff training & development, team management, and interviewing candidates
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage shift operations efficiently
- Familiarity with inventory control practices, budgeting, and food production processes
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining high levels of customer service
- Experience in catering, banquet operations or hotel food services is a plus
- Knowledge of Mexican restaurant experience can be advantageous
- Fluent in English and Spanish a huge plus

Pay: $30,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
