Duties
- Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and quality assurance.

- Oversee POS systems for accurate order processing and cash handling.
- Lead staff training, development, and performance evaluations to maintain high service standards.
- Monitor kitchen and front-of-house activities to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and foster a welcoming atmosphere.
- Coordinate shift management, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure smooth daily operations.
Skills
- Extensive experience in food service management within quick service & fast food or casual dining environments.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling safety protocols.
- Proficiency with POS systems transactions and reporting.
- Proven ability in inventory control, budgeting, and food management to optimize profitability.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with supervising experience in hospitality or restaurant management roles.
- Excellent communication skills for staff training, interviewing, and team management.
- Knowledge of kitchen management, catering operations, bar service, and banquet experience is a plus.

Pay: $70,607.64 - $85,559.75 per year
