Responsibilities:
- Operate production equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures
- Follow CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and FDA regulations to ensure product quality and safety
- Monitor and adjust production processes to maintain efficiency and meet production targets
- Fill and empty Processing tanks
- Adhere to food safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) guidelines to prevent food contamination
-Must be able to work 8-10 hour shift on feet.
-Must be able to lift 50#
Skills:
- Familiarity with mechanical operations and troubleshooting
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating production quantities
- Understanding of food safety practices and protocols.
