Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service to enhance their dining experience
- Prepare and assemble food items efficiently, adhering to safety and sanitation standards
- Operate POS systems such as Toast POS for order processing and cash handling
- Upsell menu items to increase sales and promote special offers effectively
- Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, sanitizing workstations, and managing food handling responsibilities
- Manage time effectively during busy hours to ensure quick service and customer satisfaction
- Support food safety protocols by following proper food handling, sanitation, and storage procedures
Requirements
- Previous experience in food preparation, food service, or a quick service & fast food restaurant is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with POS systems like Toast POS or is a plus
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order accuracy
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads as needed
- Culinary experience or kitchen background is advantageous but not mandatory

Pay: $10.00 - $14.00 per hour
