PAY RATE: $18.00
SCHEDULE:Monday - Friday / 5:00am - 1:30pm

PRODUCTION TEAM MEMBER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Packing and unpacking product
• Loading and unloading cylinders for the HPP machine
• Stacking and building pallets
• Labeling and code dating product
• Sanitation duties as assigned
• Work on an assembly line
• Follow health, safety, and cleanliness standards
• Excellent attendance and punctuality for an hourly role
• Handle any minor tasks related to the duties of the position
PRODUCTION TEAM MEMBER KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: • High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively with others and as part of a team.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to balance productivity, quality, and safety.
PRODUCTION TEAM MEMBER PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS: • This is largely a static role with standing, however, the ability to perform repetitively bending and standing up is also required. This would require the ability to lift 10-35 lbs. repetitively and up to 45 lbs. occasionally.
• This role operates in a wet and cold/refrigerated environment
(between 38 & -20 degrees Fahrenheit)located within a manufacturing, warehousing, and production-type facility. Must be able to withstand cold temperatures for duration of shift.
• Universal Pure facilities may process, pack, and store products containing allergenic food ingredients as referenced by FDA, team members who may come in direct contact, must be able to work with these ingredients.

Requirements Qualifications: - High school diploma/GED
- Refrigeration, warehouse, production or manufacturing experience
- MHE/Forklift experience
- Ability to perform basic mental math
- Ability to communicate in English (Speak, read, and write)
- Ability to balance productivity, quality, and safety
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Ability to effectively work with others and as part of a team
- Ability to work in a cold/wet environment
- Ability to lift 10-35 lbs repetitively and up to 45 lbs occasionally
- Ability to push/pull up to 250 lbs on rollers occasionally
- Ability to stand for 10-12 hour shifts.
Working Conditions - T his role operates in a cold/wet refrigerated environment (around 34 degrees F) located within a manufacturing, warehousing, and production type facility. Must be able to withstand cold temperatures for 10-12 hours a day.
- This is largely a static role with standing, however, the ability to perform repetitive bending and standing up is also required.
