This shift is 1pm-9pm, we are open 7 Days a week. Food service experience will be helpful. Candidates must enjoy serving customers in a fast paced environment and be able to communicate with the manager efficiently, share daily needs, and be able to supervise and work hand in hand with the evening staff.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate operations during the evening shift, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.
Manage staff, assign duties, and oversee training & development to ensure team efficiency and professionalism.
Oversee food safety standards, proper food handling, and adherence to health regulations.
Utilize POS systems for order processing, cash handling, and inventory control.
Monitor inventory levels, place orders as needed, and manage stock to minimize waste while maintaining quality.
Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally.
Lead by example in maintaining high standards of hospitality, culinary presentation, and cleanliness.
Support kitchen with food production oversight during the shift.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
