Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Entry Level Team Members to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced customer facing service environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the CSR, develop customer service skills, and learn about restaurant operations. Responsibilities

Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and cash handling
Provide excellent customer service by taking sales orders, answering questions, and ensuring guest satisfaction
Upsell items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities
Handle cashier duties including processing transactions accurately and managing cash register operations
Support inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product inventory
Work efficiently in a team environment while managing time effectively during busy periods

Requirements

Prior experience in food service, restaurant, grocery store, or retail environment is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
Basic math skills for cash handling, POS transactions, and retail math calculations
Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude and good communication abilities
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures is a plus
Experience with food preparation, bussing, or serving roles is advantageous
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends or evenings if required; this position is ideal for those seeking entry-level opportunities in the food industry
Must be at least 18 years old or older depending on local regulations

Pay: $3,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month
