Duties

Assist in overseeing daily operations, ensuring that all staff adhere to company policies and procedures.
Support food preparation processes while maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.
Manage cash handling procedures, including processing transactions accurately and securely.
Train, supervise, and mentor staff to enhance their skills in food management and customer service.
Monitor inventory levels, conducting regular stock checks to ensure adequate supplies are available.
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure a positive dining experience.
Collaborate with the management team to implement strategies for improving operational efficiency.

Experience

Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the food service industry is preferred.
Familiarity with casual dining environments or hotel operations is advantageous.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation.
Proven skills in cash handling and financial transactions.
Experience in staff training and development to foster a cohesive team environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
