Job Title: Plant Manager III – Pork Processing
Location: Logansport, IN
Onsite Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Plant Manager to oversee all operations at a pork processing facility. This role will manage production across three shifts and ensure efficiency, safety, quality, and continuous improvement across the plant. Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily plant operations including production, maintenance, safety, and sanitation
Manage multiple teams across departments and shifts
Ensure food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
Monitor performance, costs, and productivity to drive improvements
Resolve issues related to incoming and outgoing product quality
Lead workforce development, succession planning, and retention initiatives
Support shipping, receiving, and scheduling operations

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred
8+ years of progressive experience in the meat/food processing industry
Strong leadership and team management experience
Knowledge of production operations and plant management
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and SAP (preferred)
Excellent communication skills

Additional Details

Travel: Occasional (6–11 trips per year)
Relocation: Available nationwide
