Ferncroft Country Club is seeking a confident, service-driven Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to help lead our member dining operations and deliver a first-class experience.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can organize, train, and run a dining room with confidence, while also supporting the operational side of the business—ordering, inventory, scheduling, and payroll.

We are actively transforming Ferncroft into a premier, family-focused private club with a high-end, resort-style experience. We’re looking for someone who wants to be part of building that standard.

What You’ll Do

Lead daily member dining room operations with a strong, visible floor presence
Train, coach, and hold staff accountable to high service and appearance standards
Run pre-shift meetings and ensure smooth communication between FOH & BOH
Deliver exceptional, personalized service to members and guests
Assist with:
Ordering & vendor coordination
Inventory control
Staff scheduling & labor management
Payroll processing
Maintain organization, urgency, and attention to detail across all operations

What We’re Looking For

2–5 years of restaurant or hospitality management experience (private club experience preferred)
Strong leadership presence—someone who can take control of a room and lead a team
Experience with scheduling, inventory, and basic financial controls
High attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
Ability to stay calm, professional, and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment

Pay: From $68,000.00 per year
