Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, assistant you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences by delivering top-notch customer service and ensuring that all patrons feel welcome and valued. Your ability to multitask and maintain a positive attitude will be essential in creating memorable moments for our guests.

Duties

Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring they feel welcomed and comfortable.
Fill water, tea, and sodas, bus tables, remove items from tables.
Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to enhance the dining experience.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, serving areas, and kitchen equipment in accordance with health regulations.
Assist in bussing tables to ensure a clean and organized dining space for guests.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and timely service.
Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly, demonstrating excellent guest services skills.
Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit, making adjustments as necessary to enhance their experience.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Experience in a nightclub or food service environment is preferred but not required.
Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately.
Knowledge of sanitation practices in food service settings.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
