Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Assistant Manager to join our vibrant restaurant team! Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to quality standards
Supervise and motivate staff, including training new team members and conducting ongoing staff development
Manage inventory control, food safety protocols, and food handling procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales tracking
Coordinate shift management, including scheduling staff coverage during busy hours and ensuring efficient kitchen and front-of-house operations
Assist in food preparation and cooking when necessary to uphold menu quality and consistency
Monitor customer service levels, address guest concerns promptly, and ensure an exceptional dining experience

Experience

Tropical Smoothie or Any smoothie experience is very helpful
Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining establishments
Strong background in food preparation
Familiarity with POS systems; cash handling expertise required
Experience with inventory control, budgeting, and food cost management
Demonstrated leadership skills with previous staff training & development responsibilities
Knowledge of food safety standards and hospitality management practices

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
