Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Fine Dining Manager to lead our upscale restaurant team and ensure an exceptional dining experience for every guest. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, uphold food safety standards, and deliver outstanding customer service. Your leadership will drive the restaurant’s success by maintaining high-quality food presentation, efficient service, and a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities

Supervise all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service flow, and guest relations
Train and develop staff on food handling, customer service, POS systems and safety protocols
Manage inventory control to ensure proper stock levels while minimizing waste and controlling costs
Oversee kitchen management, including food production, culinary standards, and adherence to food safety regulations
Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems and perform cash handling duties during shifts
Coordinate shift management to ensure smooth transitions between team members and optimal staffing levels
Conduct staff interviews, hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training to foster a high-performing team
Maintain compliance with health regulations and food safety standards across all operations
Monitor customer feedback to continuously improve service quality and guest satisfaction
Collaborate with catering and banquet teams for special events while managing bar services when applicable

Skills

Extensive experience in fine dining environments with a strong background in food preparation, cooking, and presentation
Proven management skills with experience supervising restaurant teams in casual or fine dining settings
Proficiency with Toast POS system for efficient order processing and cash handling
Strong knowledge of inventory control, food safety practices, and kitchen management techniques
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally and promptly
Leadership capabilities in training & development, team motivation, and performance management
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities including shift management, budgeting, and food production oversight
Familiarity with hospitality management principles including catering, banquet operations, and hotel experience preferred
Effective communication skills for interviewing staff, conducting training sessions, and coordinating with other departments

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
