Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Restaurant Floor Manager to lead our front-of-house operations and ensure an exceptional dining experience for every guest. Duties

Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth shift transitions and efficient service delivery
Lead, train, and develop staff to maintain high standards of customer service, food handling, and safety procedures
Manage staff scheduling, shift assignments, and performance evaluations to optimize team productivity
Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring quality control and adherence to food safety regulations
Utilize POS systems for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation
Control inventory levels through accurate stock management, ordering supplies as needed to prevent shortages or waste
Enforce health and safety standards, including food safety protocols and sanitation practices in compliance with industry regulations
Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests
Monitor restaurant cleanliness, organization, and overall ambiance to uphold brand standards
Assist with budgeting, cost control measures, and revenue management to support business growth

Experience

Proven management experience in High End or Steakhouse restaurants with supervisory responsibilities
Extensive background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management within casual or fine dining environments
Familiarity with POS systems for transaction processing and reporting
Strong knowledge of food safety standards, inventory control, and food handling procedures
Experience in staff training & development, interviewing candidates, and team leadership roles in hospitality settings
Background in restaurant or food industry management including shift management and customer service excellence
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, control costs, and implement operational improvements
