The Skinny Pancake, a VT-based local food creperie, seeks an experienced, positive, and proactive General Manager to lead our Peabody, MA team! Qualifications:

Minimum 4 years of restaurant management experience with a minimum of 2 years of that as a General Manager
Kitchen Management/Culinary Experience
NRA ServSafe Manager preferred
Availability to work 8-10 hour shifts between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m., including weekends and holidays
Minimum 3 years of experience working with a P&L statement
Ability to learn and train others on all aspects of the operation
Ability to drive hospitality and inspire others to do so
Must be able to coach and develop others effectively
Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment is preferred
Business or relevant degree preferred
