About Us

Our restaurant is the heart of the resort — a warm, welcoming space where great food meets genuine hospitality. We're looking for a hands-on Evening Dining Room Manager to lead our front-of-house team and ensure every dinner guest leaves with a smile.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate all evening dining room activities, ensuring seamless service delivery from start to finish
Lead, train, and develop staff members in food preparation, customer service, and food handling procedures
Manage shift schedules, monitor staff performance, and conduct interviews for hiring new team members
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling procedures and balancing registers at shift end
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations across kitchen and dining areas while promoting a culture of food safety and cleanliness
Collaborate with kitchen management on food quality, menu presentation, events, and banquet services to deliver fine dining and casual dining experiences

Experience

Proven management experience within a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment with supervisory responsibilities
Extensive knowledge of food service management, including food preparation techniques and culinary operations
Hands-on experience with POS systems such as Toast for order processing and sales tracking
Demonstrated leadership skills in training & development, team management, and staff supervision
Familiarity with restaurant operations including shift management, customer service excellence, catering, bar service, and kitchen management
Prior casual dining or fine dining experience is highly desirable; hotel or banquet experience is a plus
