Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of menu items with precision, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation

Operate cash registers efficiently, processing orders accurately and providing excellent service to guests
Manage food preparation stations, ensuring timely delivery of meals during busy service hours
Maintain inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, notifying management of shortages or issues
Support catering and special event setups by preparing food and serving guests with enthusiasm and professionalism

Skills

Proven experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide, with knowledge of special dietary needs and restrictions
Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations within the food industry or restaurant settings
Exceptional knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques for diverse cuisines
Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
Experience in menu planning, catering, and fine dining environments that demand attention to detail
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to serve guests warmly and efficiently
