Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and dynamic General Manager to lead our bustling restaurant operations. Responsibilities

Lead daily restaurant operations, including managing staff, overseeing food preparation, and ensuring smooth shift transitions.
Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality control across all departments.
Manage inventory control processes to minimize waste and optimize stock levels using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
Supervise kitchen management, food production, and catering services to ensure consistency and excellence in every dish served.
Train, develop, and motivate team members through effective staff training programs and ongoing performance feedback.
Handle customer service issues promptly to guarantee guest satisfaction and foster positive relationships with patrons.
Oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting to meet operational goals while maintaining profitability.
Conduct interviews and participate in hiring processes to build a skilled and motivated team aligned with company standards.
Implement shift management strategies to ensure efficient staffing levels during peak hours.
Coordinate with bar staff for beverage service including barista or cocktail operations when applicable.

Experience

Proven management experience in quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining environments with a strong background in restaurant management.
Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling safety protocols.
Demonstrated supervisory experience with a focus on team management, training & development, and leadership skills.
Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking.
Experience in inventory control, budgeting, cash handling, and food industry regulations.
Prior hospitality management experience in fine dining or hotel settings is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills with the ability to interview candidates effectively and foster a collaborative team environment. Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
