Duties

Oversee daily restaurant operations during your shift, ensuring efficient food preparation, timely service, and excellent customer interactions
Lead and motivate team members by providing clear direction, training, and ongoing development to uphold service standards
Manage food safety protocols, including proper food handling, sanitation practices, and compliance with health regulations
Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and transaction accuracy
Control inventory levels through accurate stock monitoring, ordering supplies as needed, and minimizing waste
Supervise kitchen activities including cooking, food production, and quality checks to ensure consistency and excellence
Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly with professionalism to enhance guest satisfaction
Assist with shift management tasks such as scheduling, and performance feedback to optimize team productivity

Qualifications

Proven experience in food service management or supervisory roles within quick service or fast food restaurants
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety standards
Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with cash handling is essential
Background in hospitality management or restaurant experience with a focus on team leadership and training
Excellent communication skills combined with the ability to motivate staff and foster teamwork
Demonstrated ability to manage inventory control, budgeting, and food production processes
Prior experience in casual dining or fine dining environments is preferred but not required
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
