Join our dynamic team as an Assistant Kitchen Manager, where your passion for food and leadership will elevate our culinary operations. Responsibilities

Assist in supervising daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation to meet high standards of quality and consistency
Support inventory control efforts by monitoring stock levels, conducting regular audits, and assisting with ordering supplies using the POS system
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures to uphold health standards
Help with staff training and development initiatives, including onboarding new team members and providing ongoing coaching on food production and customer service excellence
Manage shift operations efficiently by coordinating staff schedulesand ensuring timely service delivery
Collaborate with restaurant management to implement food cost controls, budgeting strategies, and operational improvements
Foster a positive team environment by supervising staff performance and supporting a culture of hospitality and teamwork

Qualifications

Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management within a quick service or fast food restaurant setting
Strong knowledge of POS systems for order processing and inventory tracking
Demonstrated supervisory experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment with leadership skills in team management and training
Familiarity with food safety standards, proper food handling techniques, and health regulations
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest inquiries professionally
Experience working in casual dining or fine dining establishments is preferred; banquet or catering experience is a plus
Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to support restaurant operations

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
