Duties:
- Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations
- Manage and motivate staff to meet sales goals
- Recruit, train, and supervise employees
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Handle administrative tasks efficiently
- Conduct cash handling procedures accurately
- Assist with payroll processing

Skills:
- Proven experience in sales and customer service
- Strong administrative skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Proficient in managing and supervising teams
