Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Food and Beverage Manager to lead our hospitality team with passion and precision. Duties

Lead and manage daily restaurant operations, including casual dining, fine dining, catering, bar service, and banquet functions.
Supervise staff performance through effective training, coaching, and development initiatives to ensure high standards of customer service and food quality.
Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring adherence to safety standards and proper handling procedures.
Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to optimize profitability.
Utilize POS systems for order processing, cash handling, sales reporting, and reconciliation.
Implement food safety protocols in compliance with health regulations to guarantee a safe dining environment for guests and staff.
Coordinate shift management by scheduling staff efficiently to meet business demands while maintaining a positive work environment.
Oversee kitchen management tasks, including food production, culinary standards, and ensuring timely delivery of orders.
Maintain budgetary responsibilities by controlling costs related to labor, supplies, and food procurement.
Conduct interviews for hiring new team members and participate in the onboarding process to build a skilled workforce.
Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly to ensure guest satisfaction remains a top priority.
Collaborate with culinary teams on menu development, special event planning, and catering services to enhance the overall guest experience.
Monitor restaurant performance metrics regularly to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic solutions.

Qualifications

Proven management experience within the food service industry, including supervising teams in quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining establishments.
Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food handling safety standards.
Hands-on experience with POS systems; proficiency in cash handling is essential.
Strong background in inventory control, budgeting, and cost management within hospitality settings.
Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in staff training & development, team management, and supervising diverse teams.
Familiarity with restaurant management software tools, along with kitchen management practices.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively while maintaining professionalism.
Experience working in fine dining or hotel environments is highly desirable; banquet or catering experience is a plus.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and certifications required by local health authorities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
