What you’ll do
- Greet and seat guests warmly, providing them with menus and information about daily specials.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using Restaurant Manager POS system to ensure seamless service.
- Deliver food and beverages promptly, ensuring that all items meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals while adhering to food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and ensuring sanitation protocols are followed.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change as needed.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly, ensuring a positive dining experience from start to finish.
Basic qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is required.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently in a busy setting.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
Preferred qualifications
- Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately are essential.
