Duties
- Mix and prepare doughs for bagels
- Measure ingredients accurately to ensure consistency and proper texture of doughs
- Use professional knife skills to portion and shape doughs for baking or further processing
- Operate bakery equipment such as mixers, dough sheeters, and proofing cabinets safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times
- Support food production processes by preparing ingredients, assisting with baking tasks, and ensuring timely completion of daily orders
Skills
- Some experience in food preparation, with a focus on dough handling
- Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques
- Proficient with kitchen equipment including mixers, knives, and bakery tools
- Excellent customer service skills when interacting with team members or assisting customers
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.95 - $41.00 per hour
