Aloha! Poke'moto is on the lookout for enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Staff to join our vibrant team. We specialize in fresh, Hawaiian-inspired poke bowls served in a fast-paced setting that’s healthy, affordable, and—most importantly—delicious. But that’s not all—we also serve handcrafted boba tea, bursting with flavor and chewy tapioca pearls that turn every sip into a mini celebration. As a key member of our crew, you’ll help deliver outstanding customer service and keep operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve food items following established recipes and quality standards
- Operate POS systems for order processing, pickups, and payment transactions
- Greet guests warmly, take orders, and respond to questions or concerns
- Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and boost sales
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all areas, adhering to food safety protocols
- Handle cash transactions accurately and follow proper cash-handling procedures
- Assist with bussing tables and keeping the dining area tidy
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food prep and service
- Prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts using strong time management skills
Qualifications
- Prior experience in quick-service or fast food environments preferred
- Culinary knowledge or food prep experience is a plus
- Familiarity with POS systems is helpful
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Basic math skills for handling payments and retail transactions
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a team and manage time under pressure
- Experience in serving or cashiering roles is beneficial
