Aloha! Poke'moto is on the lookout for enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Staff to join our vibrant team. We specialize in fresh, Hawaiian-inspired poke bowls served in a fast-paced setting that’s healthy, affordable, and—most importantly—delicious. But that’s not all—we also serve handcrafted boba tea, bursting with flavor and chewy tapioca pearls that turn every sip into a mini celebration. As a key member of our crew, you’ll help deliver outstanding customer service and keep operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve food items following established recipes and quality standards
Operate POS systems for order processing, pickups, and payment transactions
Greet guests warmly, take orders, and respond to questions or concerns
Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and boost sales
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all areas, adhering to food safety protocols
Handle cash transactions accurately and follow proper cash-handling procedures
Assist with bussing tables and keeping the dining area tidy
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food prep and service
Prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts using strong time management skills

Qualifications

Prior experience in quick-service or fast food environments preferred
Culinary knowledge or food prep experience is a plus
Familiarity with POS systems is helpful
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Basic math skills for handling payments and retail transactions
Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
Ability to work efficiently in a team and manage time under pressure
Experience in serving or cashiering roles is beneficial
