Duties
- Lead and supervise restaurant operations, ensuring smooth shift management and high-quality food service delivery
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to meet brand standards and customer expectations
- Manage inventory control, including ordering, stock rotation, and minimizing waste to optimize profitability
- Utilize Aloha POS or Micros POS systems for order processing, sales tracking, and cash handling with accuracy
- Train and develop staff on food safety protocols, customer service excellence, and operational procedures
- Conduct staff interviews, hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations to build a motivated team
- Ensure compliance with health regulations, food handling standards, and safety policies across all departments
Experience
- Proven management experience in quick service or fast food restaurants with a focus on food industry operations
- Extensive background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management within casual dining or fine dining environments
- Demonstrated success in supervising teams, training staff, and implementing effective training & development programs
- Strong knowledge of inventory control systems like Toast POS; experience with cash handling is essential
- Experience managing budgets, controlling costs, and executing food management strategies effectively
- Background in hospitality management with exposure to catering, banquet services or hotel food operations is highly desirable
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, handle interviewing processes confidently, and foster a positive work culture
