Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Fast Food Service Restaurant with experience in running bakeries, fast food, and various similar operations. This position is responsible for managing the financial success of the store.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality standards.
- Manage inventory control, including ordering and stock management to minimize waste.
- Utilize POS systems for cash handling and transaction processing.
- Train, develop, and mentor staff in culinary skills, customer service, and operational procedures.
- Conduct interviews and assist in hiring new team members to build a strong workforce.
- Implement training programs for staff on food handling, safety protocols, and customer service excellence.
- Monitor financial performance through budgeting and cost control measures.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high morale among staff.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Experience
- Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management is essential.
- Background in fine dining or casual dining is a plus.
- Strong supervisory experience with a focus on team management and leadership.
- Familiarity with kitchen management practices, including food production and catering services.
- Experience with cash handling procedures and POS systems is required.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the food industry is crucial.
