As we continue to expand, we are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Production Associate.
Responsibilities:
· Operate production equipment and machinery according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
· Monitor and adjust production line settings to ensure proper product specifications and quality.
· Perform routine inspections and quality checks to identify any defects or issues with the products.
· Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
· Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.
· Assist in troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and notify supervisors of any maintenance or repair needs.
· Comply with all company policies and procedures, including hygiene and sanitation standards.
· Follow all safety regulations, food safety regulations and GMPS.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
· Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects (up to 50-70 lbs.)
· Use and maintain a variety of hand tools, electrical devices, controls, etc.
· Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
· Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
· Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
· Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
· Strong commitment to safety and adherence to safety guidelines.
Experience:
· Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
Education:
· High school diploma or equivalent. (preferred)
