TreeTops Restaurant /Wright at Polymath Park is a small business in Acme, PA. We are professional, customer-centric, fast-paced and our goal is to provide a fun and upbeat work environment while providing exceptional service to our guests.
We are looking to add more hosts/runners to our team as we grow. Individuals selected for this job are rotated between hosting and food running throughout the week. We will provide you with the training you need to be successful. This job is paid hourly and tipped out.
Summary
As a Server Assistant, you will support the front-of-house team in delivering outstanding service to our guests. Reporting to the Servers or Restaurant Manager, your role involves assisting with food service, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a smooth dining experience. With core skills in food handling and restaurant experience, you will help with order delivery and table setup. Your relevant skills in customer service, food preparation, and familiarity with POS systems will enhance the efficiency of our operations, making you an integral part of our dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to guests promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests.
- Support food preparation and ensure proper food handling practices are followed.
- Operate POS systems to assist with order processing and payments.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and needs.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food service.
