Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the shift team to ensure smooth daily operations, maintaining high standards of food quality and customer service
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes, ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene standards
- Manage POS systems for order processing, cash handling, and transaction accuracy
- Control inventory levels, monitor stock rotation
- Train new staff members on food safety, food handling, customer service, and restaurant procedures
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards across all areas of the restaurant
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to guarantee a positive dining experience
Experience
- Proven management or supervisory experience in quick service or fast food restaurants, preferably within a pizza or casual dining environment
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management
- Familiarity with POS systems for efficient transaction processing
- Experience in food safety protocols
- Demonstrated leadership skills in staff training, development, and team management
- Previous roles involving restaurant management or hospitality management are highly valued
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interview staff and foster a collaborative team atmosphere
