Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and kitchen management to ensure smooth daily functioning.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to maintain high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
- Oversee inventory control, food safety compliance, and food handling procedures to uphold quality standards.
- Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales tracking.
- Monitor shift performance, handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly, and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests.
- Implement budgeting strategies and manage costs related to food production, labor, and supplies to meet financial goals.
- Conduct interviews for hiring new team members and participate in staff training programs to foster a skilled and motivated workforce.
Qualifications
- Proven management experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment with supervising responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety regulations.
- Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability in inventory control, cash handling, and food management practices.
- Background in hospitality management with fine dining or casual dining experience preferred.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and develop staff effectively.
- Prior experience in kitchen management or culinary roles within the food industry is advantageous.
